National Taiwan University Industrial Technology R&D Master Program for Foreign Students Apply now!
National Taiwan University (NTU), the most prestigious institution of higher education in Taiwan, is offering Industrial Technology R&D Program for foreign students through the Department of Electrical Engineering. The Program, cosponsored by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of China (Taiwan), are led by both NTU and cooperating industrial partners. It will train international students in the fields including communication and signal processing, control, computer science, power system, nano-electronics, electromagnetic waves, electro-optics, biomedical engineering, integrated circuit and systems and electronic design automation. The Program also encourages cooperative partners to offer job opportunities to outstanding students.
In this Program, tuition and fee are waived (the remaining expenses including transportation, books, dormitory and living expenses will be studentsˇ¦ responsibility) and a monthly stipend of NT$8,000 (approx. US$250) for a total of 21 months will be provided. In addition, fellowship of NT$8,000 per month is available for top ten students. The program will admit a total of 20 students. Each applicant must hold a bachelorˇ¦s degree from a foreign university and should not have overseas Chinese status or hold a Republic of China passport.
